Refund & Guarantee Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Guarantee Policy applies to all purchases of Smart Launch Suite products and services provided by Avaris Consulting Co., Ltd., Bangkok, Thailand ("Avaris," "we," "our").
Avaris Consulting Co., Ltd. acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions processed through Stripe, our PCI-DSS Level 1 payment processor.
Because Smart Launch Suite products are digital software and smart-contract solutions, refunds are limited to the specific circumstances described below.
2. Our Quality Commitment

3. Delivery Policy
Delivery of Smart Launch Suite products is performed electronically via email after successful payment confirmation.
Customers typically receive product access credentials, repository links, or files within a few hours, but please allow up to one (1) business day for manual verification and dispatch.
If delivery is delayed due to verification, high order volume, or technical reasons, we will notify you promptly. In all cases, delivery will occur no later than 24 hours after confirmed payment, unless prevented by factors beyond our reasonable control (for example, spam-filter blocking, email server outages, or missing customer information).
Important:
- "Instant Delivery" in marketing materials refers to fast digital fulfillment and may involve a short processing delay.
- You will receive a delivery-confirmation email once your product is available.
If you do not receive your delivery within 24 hours of purchase, contact [email protected] and we will resolve the issue immediately.
4. Refund Eligibility
All sales are final except under the following limited conditions:

Requests for refunds based on other reasons (change of mind, external blockchain/network issues, market conditions, etc.) are not eligible.
5. Refund Process
- Submit a request to [email protected] within 30 days of purchase.
- Include your order number, payment email, and a description of the issue.
- Our team reviews the request within five (5) business days.
- Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.
- Depending on the card issuer or bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
6. Customer Support Assurance
We are committed to assisting you until your purchased deployment works as intended.
For every valid purchase:
- Support is provided according to your selected tier (Basic, Professional, Enterprise).
- We supply step-by-step guidance until the product is successfully deployed.
- No additional fees apply for bug-fix assistance within the purchased scope.
This guarantee does not cover custom development or code modifications outside the licensed software.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect or duplicate orders caused by user error
- Failures due to third-party blockchain networks, wallets, or gas fees
- Incompatibility with unsupported blockchain environments
- Market volatility or token price changes
- Customer-side security breaches or unauthorized access
8. Taxes and Fees
All transactions are processed in USD unless stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated via Stripe Tax for international transactions and directly by Avaris for Thai domestic sales.
Refunds include the net amount paid minus any non-recoverable Stripe processing fees, where applicable.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
Avaris Consulting Co., Ltd. is the sole Merchant of Record and responds to all chargebacks via Stripe.
To avoid unnecessary disputes, please contact us first at [email protected]; most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks for delivered products may result in account suspension and license termination.
10. Liability Limitation
Refunds represent Avaris's sole liability and your exclusive remedy for non-delivery or misrepresentation.
Avaris Consulting Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of its products or services.
